Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All products are unique and only produced once your order is placed. As such, returns, exchanges and refunds are not currently available if you order the wrong size, color, design or if you simply change your mind. Please review your order thoroughly before completing the purchase. In the event of damage, defect or manufacturing error, a free reprint or refund is available within 30 days of product delivery. Returning the item is not currently required. Simply provide 2-3 high quality photos of the damaged or defective item. In the event of multiple items being damaged or defective, a photo or video of all the items in frame at the same time is required.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations & Order Editing
Order cancellations and editing are available within 24 hours of placing your order. If within that period after placing your order you realize you made a mistake or need to cancel, contact us at TwistedPerceptionArt@gmail.com or through the contact form and we'll be happy to take care of that. If you are editing an order, please provide a link to the item you intended to order or the item title, color, size and design you want. Details help make sure there isn't an oops on our side. Please note that emails will only be replied to between 8am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of damage, defect or manufacturing error, a free reprint or refund is available within 30 days of product delivery. Returning the item is not currently required for refund or replacement. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an additional charge, or a partial refund within 30 days of product delivery.
Print colors may differ from those shown online due to variations in device color displays. This is not considered a defect and as such is not eligible for replacement or refund. Some printing methods, such as direct-to-garment, may have a tolerance up to 0.5" for design placement. Because of this, minor variations in print placement will not be considered as defects and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
