Shipping policy
Twisted Perception Creative utilizes print-on-demand services to fulfill orders. Print providers are carefully chosen during the design phase, taking into account the quality of their base pieces, their print methods and quality as well as overall production and shipping times. Each item is printed especially for you once your order is placed and sent to production. Orders are sent to production 24 hours after the order is placed to allow a window for editing or cancelling orders. Production Times
Production time varies depending on the print provider. Average production time across providers is 2-7 business days, though many providers individually average 1-2 business days. Limited items are available for express fulfilment, specifically two t-shirt styles with only front print. Any items in the store that use these base pieces will be labeled accordingly. Please note that holidays and other high-volume order seasons will cause production times to increase.
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).

The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard. A delay in production is preferred over sending out a potentially subpar product.

The order contains 12 or more items.
Shipping
The print provider for your selected item(s) is responsible for shipping the items to you. Shipping times and cost will vary depending on your location, the number of items in your order, whether or not all the items in the order can be fulfilled by the same provider and where the provider is located. Most products qualify for a reduced “additional item” shipping rate when multiple items of the same product type (e.g., t-shirts or phone cases) are included in the same order and fulfilled by the same print provider. Currently, we only sell in the USA due to the actions of the regime in power and as such, all print providers are located in the United States. We hope in time to be able to expand to include items shipped to and from other countries and will update our policies accordingly when that time comes.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes! All US-based Print Providers, with the exception of merchOne (US), are able to ship to military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days. Specific delivery estimates provided by USPS can be found here.
Please note that the address should be in the following format:
- Country: United States (Select United States even if the destination is outside the US).
- State: AA (Armed Forces Americas) / AE (Armed Forces Europe) / AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
- Address 1: Unit and Box numbers.
- Address 2 (optional): Usually not required; however, if the address includes an FOB (Forward Operating Base), it can be added here.
- City: APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
- Zip code: The zip code.
PO box delivery
- Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at your own risk.
- PO boxes come in various sizes, so it’s your responsibility to ensure that the ordered product will fit in your PO box. The largest available box measures 12" x 22.5", so products exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.
- The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
- First name: John (matching the name on the box)
- Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
- Address 1: PO Box 1776
- Zip code: 28034
